HGSA Board of Directors Vacancies

In accordance with the HGSA Constitution, nominations for the HGSA Board of Directors are invited. At the HGSA AGM on Tuesday 4 August 2026:

  • Three Elected Director positions will become vacant. In accordance with the by-laws, at a minimum, one of these three positions must be filled by a member in New Zealand.

To be an Elected Director you must:

  • Be a Voting Member throughout your term on the Board
  • Nominate in writing via the form attached
  • Provide written consent accepting the nomination
  • Have one Voting Member endorse the nomination
Nomination forms, your CV and a cover letter outlining your interest and applicable skills and experience can be submitted to Lauren Hunt via [email protected], by 5PM AEST 23 June 2026.


Voting members are Ordinary Members, Student Members, Retired Members, Overseas Members and Emeritus members who have paid any payable annual fees for the current HGSA membership year.
