WA, Health and Disability Services Complaints Office - Consumer Survey
Consumers in Western Australia and the Indian Ocean Territories are invited to provide feedback on HaDSCO’s complaint resolution service.
The consumer survey will help to understand what is important to the community.
The feedback will help to make recommendations to the State Government to improve the complaint resolution service.

The consumer survey will be open until 31 March 2024.
