VIRTUAL REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN - FACE TO FACE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

The March AACG Clinical Cases Meeting is on Thursday 7th March and Friday 8th March 2024.
It will be held at Ingham Institute, next to Liverpool Hospital. Details on the location can be found in the attached document “AACG meeting draft program & details”.
We are committed to offering a hybrid meeting, so virtual attendance will be available.

A final program will be sent around closer to the date.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected scheduling conflicts, we have become unable to offer a counselling/communication workshop this year.
Instead, we will have a whole day of talks and discussion around the theme of: Ethics in the prenatal setting.
This means that the whole of Thursday 7th March will be open to all to register.

We also invite you to submit cases for the clinical cases/dysmorphology day on Friday 8th March.
Please email a completed template to Clara Chung: [email protected] by 3rd March 2024, preferably with a PowerPoint presentation.

As always, any clinically interesting known or unknown cases would be welcomed.

This year, we particularly encourage:

• Interesting prenatal cases (to fit in with the theme of the meeting)
• good teaching cases for trainees (if we have enough, we will have a specific session aimed at trainees – please feel free to specify if you think your case will be good for this session)

For catering purposes, registration for in person attendance and the dinner will close 3rd March 2024.

Please disseminate this information to trainees who may not be AACG members, so that they can join the HGSA and AACG and participate.
